🍁 Eton D7 handmade cup sealing is focused on pressing cup’s top cover to meet beverage’s need (shake, milk tea, sugarcane juice, nutritious rice soups,…). This cup sealing machine is made of different kinds of nylon plastic which keeps your beverage tasting good, convenient to move and safe to use.

🍁Handmade cup sealing is able to press cup’s top cover with various size 300ml, 450ml, 500ml, 750ml,…Its capacity is about 300cups/day.

🍁 Usage of ETON D7 cup sealing:

1. Preparing sealing film roll

👉 Step 1: take springs and washers off on the right side to install the roller

👉 Step 2: put the bearing wheel facing back to line up the roller

👉 Step 3: put back on washers and springs

👉 Step 4: remove the clasp on the spring on the left side to install the sealing film roll

👉 Step 5: Slice the sealing film roll on the left bar

👉 Step 6: put back on clasp and spring

2. How to seal a cup

👉 Step 1: switch and turn the machine on, then let it heat up to 170^oC

👉 Step 2: install the sealing handle

👉 Step 3: the process can be ready until the green light turn into the red.

👉 Step 4: put cup into cup tray

👉 Step 5: rotate the sealing film roll with one round by hand to make sure that the two black lines is placed into No.1 stainless steel bar.

👉 Step 6: pull the sealing handle down to ready to press

👉 Step 7: take the cup out of the tray

🍁 NOTE of Handmade cup sealing:

👉 Cup material must be PP plastic (2-3 seconds/cup).

👉 Cup size must be 360ml, 500ml and 700ml (it can be used for sugarcane juice, shake, milk tea).

👉 To press the cup, just touch and keep the top of cup and and put it into sealing tray quickly.

👉 Using a wet towel to clean the body of the machine and then use a dry towel to clean it up again.

👉 Store it in a cool place, avoid to high temperature and humidity.

👉 Do not let the water into the motor that causes burnout or explosion.
